SPA services that are provided at PILL Gent's Grooming Room are unique for Riga and cannot be found in any other barbershop. Frequent head massage helps to heal sleep disorder, lower stress level, reduce headaches, make your hair grow thicker, healthier and glossier. Face massage consisting of scrub and face massage will gently exfoliate the skin to make it clean, fresh and radiant. It also increases blood circulation and lymphatic system to help even out the skin tone and reduce any puffiness.

Q: Best haircut of all time? A: Loose, romantic-textured long hair or a sharp "buzz cut" with zero on the sides.
Q: How long have you been barbering? What inspired you to choose this profession? A: I've been working for around 3 years, and it was inspired by chance, which I'm grateful for.
Q: Is there a particular style or direction for barbering that you prefer? A: I would call it a free style, without restrictions, a mix of different techniques aimed to create a natural, effortless, and slightly messy look, preferably with strong texture.
Q: Where does your inspiration come from? A: I find inspiration in street style and the work of artists whose vision, aesthetics, and style align with mine.
Q: What steps do you take to understand a client's preferences and needs?
A: I ask the client about their preferences and needs, inquire about their hair
care routine, and clarify during or after the haircut if everything is the way they want it and if they have any desire to make adjustments.
Q: What men's haircuts are considered the most fashionable this season?
A: For adults, it’s medium-length on top with a "fade" on the sides. For young
people, it’s long on top with a "taper" on the sides.
Q: Can you share recommendations for hair and beard care between visits to the
barbershop?
A: For hair: use hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, and masks) that
match your hair type and condition. If the hair is long and/or dry, conditioner is essential. Avoid using hot air while using your hair dryer, or use it with warm or cold air. Don't wear hats when your hair is wet. Ideally, wash your hair every other day. Treat your beautiful hair with love. For the beard, use oil or balm; they moisturize, nourish, and soften both the hair and the skin. Comb it with care. If a person shaves, use shaving oil or soap and apply soothing aftershave balm afterward.
Q: Name your favorite products for hair and beard care!
A: “BROSH feather-weight fiber pomade” is simply fantastic for hairstyling.
It's the bomb in terms of fixation, texture and scent,. You can use it on dry or wet hair. It highlights texture, provides a medium hold, and adds natural shine. Sea salt spray is perfect for curls, textured cuts, and anyone who loves a naturally messy style. “Dapper Dan Texture Dust” is perfect for enhancing hair texture and adding volume. For the beard, the perfect products are “Proraso” oils and balms. Light and pleasant in consistency, they absorb quickly and have neutral scents.

Q: What kind of massages do you offer at Pill Gent’s Grooming Room? A: We offer two different massages: head massage and face treatment.
Q: What is included in each? A: Head massage includes shoulder, neck and head massage. The massage is performed in circular motions to improve blood circulation and relieve stress. Daily head massage helps with sleep disorders, reduces stress, relieves headaches, and makes hair thicker, healthier and shinier.
Q: Sounds good, how long have you been doing that? A: I have 5 year experience doing massages, 3 of them I spent in ESPA Riga. It makes me happy to see the results, how satisfied and relaxed people are after massages. A facial massage includes a scrub that gently cleanses the skin makes it look fresh and radiant. This massage improves blood circulation and the lymphatic system, evens out skin tone and reduces swelling.
Q: How long does each massage last? A: Each treatments lasts 15 minutes. Both massages take 30 minutes.
Q: When do you suggest coming to have massage? A: You can come and have massage as an addition to other treatments or just by itself. Whenever you’d like to feel more relaxed and energized.
Q: How do I sign up for massage? A: You can do it through online booking by choosing spa-specialist Victoria and adding massages to your cart (in the case of having it as an addition to other treatments, book a massage 15–30 minutes prior). Or call us, and we’ll sign you up.
